As part of this project, a presentation of new equipment purchased to optimize the work of the operational and dispatching service and improve the readiness of operational services to respond to emergencies took place today in the Department of the SES. From now on, a multi-viewer with installation and integration into the existing IT network of the Department of the SES will be installed to visualize the state of emergencies, organize video conferences, create more efficient access of operational and dispatching service personnel to cartographic materials in the UDF premises.
The panoramic screen of the multivisor provides high-quality visualization of large amounts of data and makes them available simultaneously to all personnel of the operational and dispatching service. Thanks to the dynamic contour illumination, the screen attracts attention, focuses the viewer on the most important elements and will serve as an indicator of various events that will be displayed on the screen. This device can be connected to video, mobile devices, digital equipment with simultaneous display of data from several of these sources. Therefore, rescuers will be able to receive operational information, coordinate the actions of units. The multi-viewfinder is a convenient tool for teamwork, which, thanks to multi-window and panoramic modes, will allow operators to see diagrams, maps, the situation on the site in general, and to highlight the details that need the most attention.
